Bloody Mary

  • 4 parts vodka (2 oz.)
  • 12 parts tomato juice (6 oz.)
  • Fresh lemon juice (1/2 tsp.)
  • Worcestershire sauce (1/2 tsp.)
  • Horseradish (1/2 tsp.)
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lime wedge

Combine all ingredients, except lime wedge, in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Shake gently. Strain into chilled highball glass and garnish with lime wedge. Adjust seasonings to taste.
